Domino's Pizza

If I can give no stars at all, I would. Last time I am ordering from Dominoes. This particular location constantly messes up orders, and/or forget the orders. Driver did not know my order. The driver knocked on the door and asked if I ordered from dominoes when clearly my address was on it. He then proceeded to his car, came back to my doorstep only to ask "what did I order?". Gave me everything except my my breadbowl. I called the store, was told that it was gonna take "another hour and a half because they were busy". So I told him that I would like a refund, told me he will have to get his manager. Shortly after, the call was disconnected. Called back, was on hold for 5 minutes only having to explain my situation again....hold for another 15 minutes. Spoke to the manager, told him I wanted a refund. He told me to hold. AGAIN. He tells me my bread bowl will be here in 20 minutes..so here I am in the 15 minute mark...i should have been persistent and gotten that refund. I regret ordering from Dominoes. *vent off*
