I loved Michelle my consultant. I did not like that in the middle of my bridal gown appointment they took my consultant to take on a group of 6/7 bridesmaids that showed up after my scheduled appointment so there were some points where I was just left standing in a gown waiting for her to come back to me to help me out of it and try on another. In no way her fault but I just think poor planning on the store itself. I also disliked there was only 2 rows of Bridal gowns to pick from. 1 row $1,000 or less and the other rack was $1,000 and over. Otherwise I had a good experience just wish there was more gowns and I didn’t have to share a consultant when I sheduled my appointment well in advanced.
