AKA Scowden Construction in Hatfield. Did a 20k deck that has major structural issues and he will not return any calls or respond to the PA District Attorney's office complaint we filed. Buyer Beware!!!! UPDATE! He contacted us and agreed to pay for the repairs we had to have made to make the sagging deck he built safe and now he went MIA again.
