I was there for about a year and from the first time I got on phone with them, it had been awful. Never knew what type of experience I was going to get when I would call or show up. Attitudes, lack of follow up, having to constantly request routine lab tests and results and even having to go in person to pick them up. Never got the referral I needed despite them telling me they were working on it, flat out lied about information they never gave me. Important information that should have been documented and wasn't. I was so just done with them. Asked for my records and left.
