Cumberland County Tax Bureau

Well to start it wasn't possible to give less than one star. The Cumberland county tax Bureau employees I've had the luxury of dealing with are the closest you can get to domestic terrorists while still working for the government. They are so out dated they couldn't acquire half of the correct information without "hold on I need to go pull the paper file". On top of that the rep I spoke with jumped to being snippy with me so quickly after I asked some simple questions regarding my local taxes that it led me to the assumption that she hates her job more than I hate her job. The amount of time that takes them to cash a check worries me though. By the time they get around to doing it I'll most likely have grown old and withered away. This is one of the worst displays of failure of our local government. Almost sad to say I served for their right to waste and abuse the men and women of America's hard earned tax dollars.
