During the most recent visit with my 96 year old father, we waited one hour and 45 minutes past his scheduled appointment time before he was seen by the doctor. I have been pleased with the attention and care that he has received from the doctor, but I feel that the wait time is unreasonable. We have waited at previous appointments as well (although never quite this long before.)
