Comp-U-Ship

I visited Comp-U-Ship to send a letter Fed Ex, Scott was wonderful & informative, he gave me the best options from UPS and Fed Ex, so I could decide which would be best for my needs, I made my choice, satisfied, I paid, received my receipt with Tracking information..I tracked my important letter the day it was due to arrive at its destination, to my surprise, Fed Ex decided to change the date of arrival, with no explanation..I called Scott right away to find what I could do, he explained what to do, he even supplied me with the phone numbers I needed..I got no where with Fed Ex, I called Comp-U-Ship again, explained to Scott what happened, he apologized for Fed Ex's mess up, he then told me to come in for a FULL REFUND !!!..the customer service I received was top notch, Scott even did research on the location of my letter, he was professional, and understood how important my needs were, the customer service went above and beyond, I will definitely return to Comp-U-Ship for all my computer needs and Yes, to send important letters, but through UPS...
