Citadel worse credit union ever. I had a deposit in my account that was cleared and then they frozed my account . They held it for over 10 days. I could not go holiday shopping for my family. The staff is rude. Kevin, Jay and Felicia are very rude. I provided the bank info to the Citdal they never called to verify my funds to clear my money . This is not a good bank do not open an account with them!!!!!!!! They don’t care about there customers !!!!!! I would give them no stars if I could .
