One employees gave me a chopped up cut 3 times in a row. I tipped her well. I was hoping we could work together to get the cut right. Hence 3 months in a row. Not going back, sorry.

I got my acrylics done and within 3 days 2 nails were broken, I got them fixed and again within 3 days one was broke. I was told I could get my money back, and when I went in Jackie told me since it was one nail she wouldn’t give my money back unless I got all my nails off. Then Jackie tried saying she hadn’t been the one that spoke to my mother when she called regarding the incident even though Jackie did speak to her.
