The practice used to be a friendly and well ran. Over the past year the practice has degraded dramatically. One example is that we were requesting a refill for my wife's cholesterol medicine in June. She spoke with the office manager and she said that it would be taken care of that day. What she forgot to mention was that the practice had no physician on staff at the time. My wife called back at least 6 more times between June and August to get them to send in the refill. Our pharmacist even sent a request for the refill to be sent back to them. We found out Tuesday September 6th that the practice does not have a physician ( the office manager could have told my wife that in June,) and they had not had a physician since May. They are now trying to add a physician to work at the practice. We are looking for a new practice and recommend you not go to this one.

Our family member has been calling and faxing to try to get important medical records transferred to a new practice. Has been going on for weeks with no adequate response. 7 calls yesterday and phone just rang off the hook. Next call will be to Pennsylvsnia Board of Medicine
