I'm AMAZED by all these good reviews. We looked them up initially and that's part of why we decided to use the most expensive cleaning service I'd ever had (though some of my homes in SoCal were much larger than my current home).
Initially, they were pretty good. Not comparable to the cleaning ladies I had in SoCal, but mostly passable. Then maybe they expanded or something? The cleaning went downhill steadily and eventually it got to the point where even doors were even being left unlocked. We live in a safe neighborhood, but leaving a place locked is pretty basic. They refused to give us a schedule, so they "reminded" me in a text that they'd be there that day and I didn't have time to straighten up the house, so there were some dirty dishes out. When I came home, they'd taken SOME things out of the clean dishwasher and put them in random cabinets (it took us a long time to find our pasta pot) and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I couldn't tell what was cleaned and what hadn't been yet, so I had to run the whole washer again for the few dishes they put in there. Lights were left on, sliding glass door unlocked and blinds (normally closed) completely open advertising the open door.
Even though Bryan was here the first time they cleaned and they seemed to be cleaning under the couch and we asked them to clean it every single time, they didn't clean it once in the months we had them. It's not difficult, but I'm highly allergic to dust and dust mites (as well as most cleaning solutions), which is why it's important to me that someone else cleans the home. Here's hoping the next cleaning people are better. This was by far the most expensive cleaning service I've ever had and the service ended up worse than the others. Perhaps good cleaning companies don't exist in this area, but if I have to settle for worse service, I'm definitely not paying more than 50% more for it.
