I also wish I had read the reviews. The technician that came out was very nice but the work I needed done isn't completed. He accidentally drilled a hole in my wall and wanted to come back and charge me more to fix it. My outdoor outlet that was replaced was supposed to be caulked and that was never done. The technician also arrived late and took so long to get supplies from Lowes (which is right up the street) that I'm assuming he must have also gotten lunch. He also had a helper come for one hour, but I was billed for 2 hours. At the end of the day the technician was in my home for 6 hours but they are billing me for 8 hours plus 2 hours for a helper that I KNOW wasn't here more than an hour. I also supplied some materials to save some money but on my bill it just says "Materials" and a fee, so I can't even be sure what I got charged for. The owner wasn't rude when I called to question my bill, and he did reduce it a small amount which I appreciate, but overall I'm not happy to have work that isn't completed, a hole in my wall (in addition to the expected one) and a $700 dollar bill.
