That Bounce Place

Disgusting place. Owner and workers don't know what they're doing. Piles of dirt and grime under pool tables and beside the bounce houses. What a waste. Will not be returning. Too bad I can't give it a 0 star.

Horrible. Do not waste your time or money or risk your child's safety. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Not to mention their website and the pics they have posted here are all lies. Completely false advertising. They claim to be the largest when they have only 3 bounces for kids over 3 one for Kids under 3. Only one is big, The rest are very small. The only pic of the new location and the bounces they have that is accurate is the large slide that is located outside and is a death trap. Their website claims 7 bounces were operational today when they don't even have 7 bounces. The outside slide has pathetic little mats going around it that were wet and muddy. Extension cords sitting in water and laying across the mats the kids have to walk on to use the slide. Rocks everywhere. Ignorant employees, who stay outside smoking on their phones the entire time. Several exits with doors wide open that kids can easily escape through or be kidnapped for that matter. Awful. I feel like suing them for the money we paid for the birthday party that they refused to give neck to us and let us just leave. We even offered to forfeit our security deposit but he refused to not let us pay for the entire party despite us telling the employees five minutes after arrival we wished to leave. Kids were muddy, wet, cold and two fell on the slippery mats.
