The property is in a total state of disrepair. My mother fell into a giant pot hole, rolled her ankle and bloodied her knees. I call management at boscovs as it’s THEIR PARKING LOT and they told me to call the mall management. Didn’t take my information, didn’t say anything besides if we needed an urgent care. A simple apology and a “we will look into the situation so no one else is injured” would have been nice.
