Tom Davenport & Erika Ruhle are WONDERFUL. I have worked with Tom for a few years, and more recently with Erika. In between, their other staff members have been equally helpful and sincere in their desire to make sure we receive the insurance coverage we need...and great service along the way. This week, I put Erika through the paces: adding a car to the policy for one child, finding a policy for a child leaving the roost, and altering our auto policy one more time when the latter had "her" car finally transferred into her own name. She not only assisted me, but also our oldest child...who had many questions and a very short time frame (1 day...no kidding) to get proof of insurance for her car and apartment in hand. Even when issues arose with one insurance company, she found another one to step up...and even at a bit of a savings. It is likely that Tom had a hand in her training...because she treated us with great respect and care...just like he did the first time we met him. This is the kind of insurance broker you want to deal with...trust me. It can't be any better.
