I have been donating at this location for approximately 1 year, and can testify to the growth in efficiency and customer service throughout this time period. The staff is now a well-oiled machine; everyone knows their job. The transitions between stations are smooth. On average, the entire process takes under 2hrs (that is coming from me, who is a hard stick with deep veins, and a weak flow). They are able to maintain professionalism, but not appear uptight at the same time. This allows the donor to feel they are in a comfortable atmosphere.
