BBL Fleet

I manage a repair shop in Columbia Maryland. We have numerous commercial account customers that are managed by different fleet administrators, (Element, ARI, etc.). I have a couple accounts that use BBL as their fleet administrator. I have always had a good experience working with them. Unlike the others I never have to wait on hold for extended periods and their staff is very friendly and quick to get you a decision so your not tying up your service bays. I wish all of my commercial accounts would use BBL. It would make my job a little easier.
