A.B.B.A. Hair & Nail Salon

I've lived in the North East Philly area for about 5 years now, and been to a lot of barbers / hair dressers. I'm not complicated - make it as short as you can without using a razor - but it's surprising how hard that seems to be sometimes, and for some reason it still seems to cost an arm and a leg most places :( Now I've found ABBA, and I won't be going anywhere else! They are always super cheerful, they do a fantastic job, and the prices don't break the bank. My wife is super-picky about her hair, and even she's started going here as well.
