Bala Eye Care

I can't say enough about how great this office is. The office staff is so friendly, and the Doctors are top notch. Whenever I have an issue for me or my children, they get me in right away. The optical shop has an amazing selection of frames, and I am always greeted with a smiling face and a kind word. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Bala Eye care for a few years now, both doctors are friendly and provided good service. However, I have frequently experienced rudeness from the optical shop. I will not be coming back for any of my eye care needs since the optical shop and the doctor's office are linked together. For a business that doesn't accept many insurance policies, and has high priced frames you would hope that you would get decent customer service.
