I called and emailed to get stone delivered for a patio project we were doing. They told me they had alot of stone, and would accommodate our rush job.... This was July 3. They told me 2-3 weeks. Well, in 2 weeks we got half the order (July 17th). Then we waited...I emailed and called. No return calls. I did get return email from Shelby, but she said that they had 2-3 week and that they now have to get the stone from North Carolina!! I reminded her we ordered it over 30 days (by now it was August 1 and didnt have total order yet) ago and they told me they had the stone there in their quarry. She then did not reply. I have wedding coming and this patio work was supposed to be done first week of Aug. I pleaded with her, but have no reply. They know they have me stuck because we got half the stone from them so we need the other half otherwise it wont look right. Be careful - if you order a 2500 sq ft stone and they deliver 1/2 of the order you maybe be waiting and waiting as you are at their mercy. Ugh... I dont know what else to do.
