Desiree, the rep there when I picked up my car on Thu Aug 17 around 10AM, was incredible! Super friendly and warm. I had accidentally made my reservation at a different Pit location and she was very sweet in letting me know my mistake and got me all fixed up. Really such a fantastic interaction, I don't know how she can keep such a great attitude but I was impressed! Thanks!
