This place is terrible. I walked in to see what I can do about my blown speakers. They then tried to convince me to replace my whole system, the other speakers and sub were fine according to another shop that does very high quality work. They told me they can get the stock speakers and install them, but they would be buying from the dealer FULL PRICE. Moving forward I decided to do a simple speaker install and they wanted to charge me 200$ just for the labor. Since the labor is so expensive I decided to buy my speakers myself (got them New for half their estimated price and they were stock) instead of paying another 150$ for their 6x9’s which would not work properly with my cars system. So I got my speakers that I was sure they would be a perfect fit for my car and the rejected me because they do not install speakers that are not bought from them. I then decided to install Bluetooth in my 2004 model car. They told me there is no possible way to install Bluetooth without changing the factory radio. So they tried selling me their many navigation screens with blue tooth. I told them I do not want to be spending an excessive amount for the most simple Bluetooth. They told me their estimate would be around 500$ with the install. That is insane for a person who JUST WANTS BLUETOOTH!!! So I told them I would think about it. So I then decided to do my own research. And found a simple 75$ kit from isimple that will GUARANTEE BLUETOOTH IN ANY CAR. So I then went back to them with this product and they were familiar with it. So then I asked them how much would they charge to install it. Just to let you know this kit connects through the satellite radio via a Y connection ( very simple install). They said it would be atleast 180$ depending on how many panels they need to remove. THAT IS INSANE! This install is simpler than a speaker install and cost as much as one. This shop thinks since they are one of the few shops in the area they can charge these outrageous prices. I was fed up with them and went to another shop 15 miles away that did the speaker install for 100$ and the Bluetooth for 75$. If you want to get the proper audio work done in your car this is not the place to go. No matter how convenient it may be it’s not worth paying double the price. Even though I didn’t receive any service from them I can assume their labor was poor. When I talked with them they were rude and seemed very lazy. They didn’t pay very much attention with me when I asked for information.
