Two different times before I went on vacations I couldn’t get a wax. The first time i went to the store and it was closed when it said on Google it would be open. And the second time, I had booked an appointment and she confirmed it and THEN canceled on me through via Text. It was so hard to reschedule. Non apologetic. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
