Terrible customer service. I've been trying since February (it's now November) to get them to pick up my tank. I've scheduled two pick ups so far and each time no one showed up. When I call I get passed around, put on hold, and promised to be called back (which doesn't happen). I can't wait to be done with this company. Do yourself a favor and use Suburban Propane instead.
