Every time my wife has visited the lansdale branch, the bank tellers have disrespected and exhibited a condescending attitude toward my wife for the past three years!!! This is just for balance statement requests and making payments on a loan that we pay without lateness. It has got to the point where she will not willfully go into the bank if certain tellers are working. My wife speaks perfect English but has a distinct accent. She has had never had any other problems with our other three banks that we hold accounts with on a continual basis. I don't know if the American Heritage bank tellers have a problem with her originally being born in Chile but this is America and she is a member. Discrimination of race or culture is unacceptable. Please report any other instances of this nature to the branch regional manager and please comment on this post.
