Mihali at Aldo is the best! She spent a great deal of time helping me find the right shoes and stretching them, after I returned the ones I'd bought in error a week earlier. She is knowledgable, polite, helpful. She also cleaned up the boots I had on. This kind of service makes a huge difference.
