they didn't stand behind their flooring warranty....the flooring started discoloring within 2 yrs. they called in a specialist who looked it over and said it must have been the glue they used. went back to the store and the owner/manager changed it and said that apparently there was a leak and that we were at fault. >:( we still can't find any kind of leak over 1 1/2 yrs later! i would NEVER recommend them to anyone...now we are out of thousands of dollars and have a terrible looking floor that just keeps getting worse! i would rate a zero star rating if i could!
