Bill is a stellar technician and a sweetheart of s guy, very sanely priced in comparison to some of the other highway robbers out their and has decades of experience and knowledge. Frankly, I'm a bit suspect of some of the less than good reviews, but who can tell these days.
At any rate, his service, grace, and ear have all been exceptional. My piano, which is not a peach to work on by any stretch, old junker really, always sounds concert ready when he's finished. I'm considering buying a piano from him I trust him that much.
